Science Daily Median image data from the Compact Coronagraph-1 (CCOR-1) aboard the GOES-19 spacecraft, produced by the NOAA NCEI retrospective science processing pipeline. Each daily image is generated by calculating the pixel-wise median of available calibrated white-light coronagraph images acquired during the day. The data are provided in FITS format as 2048 by 1920 pixel intensity arrays expressed in mean solar brightness (MSB), accompanied by pixel quality flag masks and a list of input image filenames. The daily median images are used in generating the Monthly Minimum background products for subsequent background subtraction. The nominal cadence is one image per day.

CCOR-1 Science Daily Median white-light coronal intensity stored in FITS extension #1 as a 2048 x 1920 pixel compressed 32-bit floating-point image array. The image is calculated as the pixel-wise median of available coronal intensity images acquired during the day and is expressed in mean solar brightness (MSB). The image uses helioprojective solar coordinates with a zenithal polynomial (ZPN) projection and a plate scale of approximately 19.33 arcsec per pixel at the reference point. The CCOR-1 bandpass has a measured full width at half maximum (FWHM) of approximately 470 to 740 nm. The DATE-BEG and DATE-END FITS keywords specify the observation interval covered by the input images, while DATE-OBS specifies the observation time of the reference image used for WCS metadata.
Pixel quality flag mask associated with the Science Daily Median coronal intensity image in FITS extension #1. The mask is stored in FITS extension #2 as a 2048 x 1920 pixel compressed 8-bit integer array. Quality flags identify viable pixels, low-vignetting regions, non-transmitted image blocks, and invalid Daily Median pixels with zero, NaN, or infinite intensity values. Flag definitions are provided in the FITS header.
FITS binary table containing the filenames of the input images used to calculate the Science Daily Median image. The table includes an index and source image filename for each input. The number of input images is recorded by the NFILES keyword in the FITS header.
